Chicago Children's Museum

Our second stop in Chicago was the Children's Museum at the Navy Pier.  Their special exhibit was the circus...Riley started off by showing us how strong he is!

And what great balance he has on stilts...

Sully liked the clown props...foreshadowing?

They even got to try walking on a tight rope...definitely not as easy as the circus performers make it look!

Both boys wanted to sit in the big bulldozer...

Always a hit -- the water table!

The grocery store was a fave just like at our children's museum in Dayton...like always, Sully went right for the cash register.  Our future money guy!

Then it was time to dig for dinosaur bones!

Rain, rain...go away!

Riley got to build something that he transported about three stories up and dropped from the ceiling to see how quickly is dropped.

One of Riley's favorite activities of the day was fishing...

Sully like catching fish in a net instead.

We were impressed by our little monkey climbing the rope all by himself almost to the top!

"Hmmmm, what kind of trouble can I get into next!"

I have one more Chicago post later on this week...the Field's Museum!  Stayed tuned...
